HMS 1 & 2

Heavy melting scrap or you can say that Heavy melting steel (HMS) is a description for eco-friendly wrought iron and steel. It is divided into two main categories:
HMS 1 and HMS 2.HMS 1 and 2 are generally traded, mainly in the western areas. Both of these contain just obsolete scrap – steel and iron recovered from things dismantled or demolished at the life end.
As both levels assure a least piece width – minimum 1/4 inch for HMS 1, as well as 1/8 in for HMS 2 – shipments have a high level of density. Both even have defined utmost dimensions, and must be ready to facilitate charging and handling to a furnace. This sizing, preparation and density makes for well-organized furnace operation by reducing the time to charge sufficient scrap for a complete melt. Generally, thin mixed scrap very much improves charging time, cutting productivity of the furnace.
Differences on maximum part size are perfectly covered by ISRI codes. Usually, HMS is effectively traded as a mixture of 1 and 2, either a top blend (80:20) or less level mixes (70:30) as well as (60:40).
If comes to HMS1 then it refers to the weighty scrap that can’t be galvanized. It has the 0.6 cm3 density. HMS2 indicates to the lighter type of scrap and it may be galvanized. The specific size of each and every scrap is 3.2 mm lesser.

STEEL BALLS

Cold Rolled Steel Balls are highly responsive to magnets.  They have high hardness and wear characteristics which make them perfect for use as ball bearings, tumbling media, and in locking mechanisms.

CAST IRON

Cast iron is a group of iron-carbon alloys with a carbon content greater than 2%.Its usefulness derives from its relatively low melting temperature. The alloy constituents affect its colour when fractured: white cast iron has carbide impurities which allow cracks to pass straight through, grey cast iron has graphite flakes which deflect a passing crack and initiate countless new cracks as the material breaks, and ductile cast iron has spherical graphite "nodules" which stop the crack from further progressing.

ALUMINIUM SCRAP

Aluminum scrap metal is one of the most common and versatile metals we have discovered. It is the third most abundant element of the earth’s crust. Aluminum is a preferred metal of choice because it is corrosion resistant and offers a very low density. Around the world people rely on it in multiple industries including aerospace, manufacturing, and transportation.

COPPER SCRAP

It is of one of the different alchemical symbols when utilized to represent the copper element. It is revealed next to a Cyprus map of 17th-century, from where the constituent gets its name.Usually it has been the only metals utilized to make coins, with gold and silver. Though, it is the normal of the three and thus the least treasured. All coins of US are now copper alloys, as well as gun metals even keep copper.
Most of the copper is utilized in electrical parts like motors and wiring. Just because it conducts both electricity and heat really well, and can be haggard into wires. It even has utilizes in construction, and manufacturing machinery.
If talking about Copper sulfate then it is widely used as an agricultural toxic and as an algicide in the process of water purification.
On the other hand Copper metal does naturally occur, but by far the best source is in minerals like bornite and chalcopyrite. Copper is gained from these minerals and ores by smelting, electrolysis and leaching.

BRASS SCRAP

Brass is an alloy metal, which means it is made up a few different elements and cannot be found naturally in the world. Brass contains a percentage of copper and zinc. It is commonly used for plumbing fixtures and mechanical components. Its color can be different depending on the percentage of copper to zinc ratio there is. Typically it is yellowish in color because the silver of the zinc brings down the vibrant reddish color of the copper it is with.

PET BOTTLE SCRAP

To cater to the higher requirements of our expensive patrons, we are offering a complete variety of high level PET Bottle Scrap. Cast iron is a collection of iron-carbon alloys with carbon substance higher than 2%. Its value comes from its comparatively lower temperature of melting. The alloy components directly affect its color when effectively fractured: white cast iron has impurities of carbide that allow cracks to pass direct through, on the other hand grey cast iron has flakes of graphite that deflect a passing crack and start immeasurable new cracks as the material smashes, and pliable cast iron has round graphite "nodules" that prevent the crack from more progressing.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
